Greenville Summit
Greenville Summit is the first-in-the-state use of the Bailey Bill for an affordable housing property that was made possible by the City of Greenville and JE Properties. The City used the Bailey Bill to leave the real estate assessment in place, which allowed JE Properties to use private money to revitalize the project for 101 senior families.
